Dr. Fratto brings more than 30 years of experience in higher
education, administration and program development to his
consulting work. He has particular experience in strategic
planning, adult education, program marketing, and organizational change.
His experience, prior to entering the consulting field, was mostly in higher education,
teaching political science at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and directing adult
education programs at Le Moyne College and New York University. He also administered federal HUD grants to state and local communities for community development and open space programs.
He joined Jeanne Sigler & Associates in 1996, and has served as executive vice president and senior consultant on feasibility studies, capital campaigns, organizational assessments, and strategic planning projects. As fundraising counsel, he has worked with educational, social service, arts, public policy and religious organizations throughout the Northeast and internationally. In this capacity, he brings special strengths as a trainer and strategic thinker.
Dr. Fratto earned his B.A. from Villanova University, and an M.P.A. and Ph.D. in political
theory from Temple University. He also earned a Diploma in International Administration from the International Institute of Social Studies in The Hague. He has lived abroad on several occasions, and has presented papers at numerous conferences. |
